Right now, I’m trying find a way that works well for me and my busy (and typically hectic) schedule.

Usually in the mornings, I don’t have much time to do anything besides get my family and I ready to head out the door… let alone, cook. I know it’s all about time management and dedication but do you have any advice about eating nutritionally while being pressed for time?

what I wanna know is like anoop said “individualize your diet based on your life style and body make up” if this is a right diet for me ?
-mesomorph
-high metabolism
19 years, 1.75m 73kg bf (?) maybe 8-9 ?

and also if the diet is well structured

fast and slow digesting carbs

A common believe that slow digestive carbs are better as energy source, except the cases then I need the energy fast and I’m in fasted state(early morning training)

Is there really any differences from where I got my energy?

In general I know that our body may accept about 30g of protein in one meal, or every 3 hours.
What happens with slow digestive protein(casein)?
May I use more then 30g protein in one meal and hope that I will accept all of it?
If it is true, how much casein protein I may use before bed time?
Thanks

hi anoop

as the golden rule says to get big we nned to eat big and train heavy .but i still dont undesrtand when we are trying to gain weigh why should we select low fat foods and avoid high fat foods . weight gain is actually result of sulphrus calories which your body converts into fat . if uare eating low fat food also it will be converted into fat ultimatily. any way body wontnt convert it into muscle . end of the day .its going to beconverted to fat only.is there some thing we call flesh apart from muscle and fat .this must be the silliest quiestion some one had ever posted here in this site hehehehehehe

regards

Muscle loss vs fat loss

Is strength is maintained or improved under the bar during a fat loss regimen, is it okay to assume that muscle loss was kept to a minimum? Is muscle loss inevitable during a cut no matter the regimen of diet or weight training?
