What are your thoughts on juicing as a meal replacement, addition, or snack?

a great idea - you get your carbs and fiber and I find juices fill me up nicely
I’d include some protein powder or milk with the juice though

It depends on how you make it.

If you remove the pulp or the skin, you are losing a lot of fiber and nutrients. For example, when you make orange juice, you are losing a lot of pulp which is mostly fiber and other nutrients ( like flavinoids).
