12oz Coffee with scoop or two of Hot Choc mix for flavor
16oz protein shake with milk, blended with 1 banana and a cup of ice
~ 6oz Juice (3 carrots whole & 1 apple)
1 cup Green tea with 1tbs honey and 1 lemon wedge
AFN 12-4
1bag frozen mixed veg (rinsed) or can of varied veggie with 1 can Tuna or Chicken breast (rinsed) - seasoned with Red Pepper mix
PM 6-8
2 pints home brewed beer
Varied Dinner pending wife’s choice but we usually have lots of chicken, rice, pasta creations
Dessert - bowl mint chip ice cream
Dinner and weekend is when I need the most will power/change
