I want to start a new specialization cycle soon.
I’m just wonder
Since I’ve got such great results by combining myo-reps in my previous cycle
what do you think about an idea to abandon regular sets and use myo-reps in each exercise?
Of cause I’m not talking about squat and deadlift grin

I say if it’s working and you enjoy doing it, keep doing it.

Enjoying your training is half the battle and the other half is getting results.
