Just think about it.
We can put a man on Moon, but we still don’t know how to train to get bigger muscle.
Endless theories and methods:
HIT, HVT, 5x5, SuperSlow, Ballistic, J-reps, partials, X-reps, you named…

Interesting, that power lifters, swimmers, runners, jumpers also know how to be faster and stronger.
The problem only in BB.

What’s more important: Study disease so that we can save people’s lives or study performance to make people bigger and faster? That’s your answer for your question.

Why do you say powerlifters, swimmers, runners know to be faster and stronger? Just like bodybuilding there is a lot of powerlifting programs out there like metal milltia, korte’s, Westside, Texas style, Sheiko, Smolov to name a few. And running there are different schools of thought like charlie franics, Parsi’s school and so forth. There is no THE way to do anything in sport.

And you can only be so faster, stronger, & bigger whatever be your training program or diet. Unless you are doing something illegal, we won’t be faster, stronger, or bigger to any greater degree than what we are right now. Most of the olympic records and world records are courtesy of rampant drug use.

Even crappy routines bring some results, see it at the gym all the time.

Got to love the ability of the human body.
