Do you have any suggestions to make the website better? I was thinking of having another Category called Tips & Tricks and book review section.

The Tips & Tricks section will have short small post like to how tomake an exercise better or few quick recipes and stuff. Any suggestions?

And do you think on the Home page, I should have atleast 1/4 of the article just like other blogs or just the titles are enough. I feel if I have a bit more of the article, I can include a picture and people will be more inclined to keep reading the article.

I did post in reply to the tricep article, but it was great and I have not trained tri’s overhead in yrs and it shows. I have no swoop to my tri’s when I do a front double bicep pose, but not for long.

Thanks Anoop!

I have one.
I think that it should be “discuss in forum” link below article.
The comments to articles(lately) got more space then article itself.
However it’s mean that anyone who want to comment must became forum member.

I like this suggestion.  I think Lyle handles his articles in a similar fashion.

I just don’t think we have that many people like in Lyle’ forum. One or two articles might get a lot of comments, but usually we don’t get too many comments.
