A few yrs. ago I bought some books from Ian King and while I sorted thru the junk I didn’t like, there was one thing I did. He recommended body part periodazation. So, over say a 12 week period you would use the same exercises, but cycle the order they were performed. For instance if you trained chest shoulders and tri’s , the first 4 wks. you would train tri’s first, delts second, and pecs last. Then you might train delts first, than tri’s followed by chest, and the last 4 weeks you would train chest, delts and finally tri’s.

I think I am going to train tri’s first and bi first as a form of specialazation for a little while.

Nothing new under the sun.
By moving exercises to the beginning of training when you still fresh you might succeed more.
How much?
Depends…
