Isolating lats

Wonder if this exercise can be a best isolating exercise for lats:

P.S. I could try this, but I don’t have such equipment in my gym

That machine brings back memories from my teenage yrs. I have used such a machine and did not like it as it was too linear a motion and the pad gets in the way, keeping you from a full contraction. Plus it’s awkard.

I did kind of like the nautilus pullover though.

From what I can see, it looks like it will work your triceps long head and obliques and quadratus lumborum. For the lats to works, the elbow has to come down and back (adduct and extend) from a high position.

And I don’t see it giving a good stretch at the bottom too.
