Do you have any suggestions on good post (and pre) meal - or snacks for a Type 1 diabetic? It gets tougher. She is on a pump and is trying to lose weight (10 lbs). She does aerobics with conditioning two days a week and walks the other days. I have post exercise snack ideas but they are for the average person and they don’t fit into her eating plan. I looked for diabetic snack ideas but non were sports related. So far - we talked about he carb/protein type of snack, but no real solid food suggestions.
