I would go for the Optimum Nutrition brand.

Cheaper and has just protein. The other one is expensive and a lot of other stuff which nobody knows how it’s going to effect you in the long run. Some of the stuff is just in there to make it look scientific and make people feel they are getting a lot more.

i have bad experiences.

I think I will go with Vitaminshoppe from now on.
