Anyone have any thoughts or links to studies on whether or not a serving of powdered Gelatin would be beneficial to add to a protein shake in regard to it’s joint lubricity properties?

Hi Rob,

I cannot find any studies because the pubmed server is down. But I think there are some anecdotal and one or two studies showing that it might help. Have you tried flax seed or fish oils? I will getback to you once the server is up again.

hello everybody,
Does anybody know what the conversion for gelatin is? I want it to be converted in to powder gelatin. I have recipes with the other kinds and have know ideal of what amounts they are.
1 leaves gelatin = how much powder gelatin?

thank you wildan1, so i’ll try to find it. thanks very much for the answer so quick. so tomorrow i’ll buy it to try my new verion of “mousse au chocolat"without eggs, but with “feuille de gelatine”..
