I think it just a mobility stretching dvd. i dont think it is geared to inury rehab or prevention.

If you have a knee injury, these might help:

1. Get the range motion back in your hips, ankles. If your ROM is limited in ankles and hips, the knee has to take the brunt ( that’s a theory)
2. Improve your propioreception. One of the major reason people get re-inured is because of lack of propioreception after injury. Do one leg squats, bosu ball squats, ankle mobility drills, closed eye drills.
3. Strengthen with functional movements (especially gluteus medius, hams, & abductor strength) and plyometrics. Most people just strengthen and get back to their sport without plyometric and agility exercises.
4. Proper technique when doing whatever.
5. Understand that pain do not always means injury. It just a protective mechanism. Understanding pain physiology will help lower the threat level in the brain and lower the sensitivity of the pain pathways. This is one big reason people are in chronic pain for no apparent reason.
