I am interested to know a little bit more about how you came up with these numbers. Of course, there are equations that allow one to calculate a specific RM from a 1RM, but how did you calculate the percentages used for the “sets across” figures (IE how did you decide what percentage would equate to one’s best 3x6 performance)? Did you use personal experience, estimation, or some other method?
Also, how much rest does this sheet assume between the sets? For example, I was checking one of my exercises against this sheet, and I noticed that the weight listed for 3 sets of 12 was higher than I thought I could lift, but I usually perform 3 sets of 12 on 1 minute rest. I know I would be able to lift more with a longer rest period.
