Just don’t think there is anything much to critique. I can talk about how your elbows can be a bit tucked, shoulders not really retracted, can pause at the bottom, and stuff. But it doesn’t make much of a difference you know unless you are a powerlifter. And when you do high reps a bit of loose form is given.

And sometimees everyone needs some encouragement. People like us never get satisfied and that’s why we endlessly talk about trainiing and how we can get better.

You are doing great and you always want to learn more which I really like about you. Youa re always questioning concepts which is what we need to do. And not just in the fitness field, we should do the same in our other areas of life too.
