5’10 = 177cm (me 174)
but 250LB(112kg) is a LOT of meat
Any idea about BF?

The show is Oct 23 in Moore, OK about 6 hrs from me but, the timing is right as well as the size of the show. And oh yeah my triceps…much better. I stuck with the 20-25 rep range for around 4-5 weeks and then had the courage to drop to 10-12 reps. And finally for the first time in a while I tried 6-8 and felt some mild discomfort. So, I will still be cautious but am grateful for the advice I received because not only have I recovered, but I managed to add some size as well.

THANKS!!!!

I would say around 12-14%.

I think you too optimistic about 12 and even about 14%
I think it’s more 20%
I can’t see even upper abs.
From the other side I can’t see much anyway from those tiny pictures.

First, Jim you are a beast.  Both Jim and Anatoly put my skinny-butt to shame ...

Second, I am going with Anoop on this one: 12-14%, maybe even a tad lower.  We can see separation between the obliques and rectus abdominis, as well as the outline of the rectus femoris on the thigh.

Thanks for the props.

I was guessing 14-15% myself. Last show I had my % taken 16 wks out and was at 21% and was considerably fatter so that is my frame of ref, no doubt.

nice work, Jim!
what was your competition weight last time?
i’m no expert but I’d think you’re under 15%
