Anoop!
As I remember right in one comments on some site article on site you mention that instead of cardio training I can use few sets with high reps.

I was thinking.
Suppose I divide the body to 2 parts
A)chest+deltoids+triceps
B)lats+biceps

and train 3 times a week A/B/A…
So… Can I do this
A)...
+
lats 2-3x20-30
biceps 2-3x20-30

and same in B: add some high reps work on all muscles of A)?

My worries are
1)Can those additions somehow affects the main training muscles groups negatively?
2)At the end of week I train all groups 3 times a week, is it too much?
Thanks

I don’t think so since the weight is really light like 20-30 reps. i don’t think you need biceps since lat pulldown will get biceps too.

In UD2, the full body workuits are 4 times/week on a diet. But couple of them are depletion workout with light weights.
