I take creatine(3-5grm) + dextrose(5 teaspoon) + vitamin c 500mg + antoxyforte cap immediately after the workouts

Can i take creatine only on workout days?

Before workout i take vitamin c 500mg..


Is this ok?

Iam 29 years of age,weigh 76kgs,iam only 10 mths old in the gym,never join gym during school and college days

biceps 12-13
chest 39-40
forearm 11-12
thigh 16 -23

There is no evidence to show creatine will cause hair loss. One case study doesn’t prove anything.

And chicks dig biceps and abs than hair anyways LOL
