after yesterday’s workout, my left shoulder started hurting around the joint
it’s only persisted for a day, but i’m wondering what i should do

i’ve cut out any shoulder movements in workout, am taking a glucosamine supplement, and am using ice
I don’t know exactly how to detail the pain, but it hurts when I try to flap my arms like a bird.

any guidelines would be great guys - I really want to get back in the weightroom

It’s very depressing but this things happens
take complete rest for shoulders
refine your workouts schedule(are you hit the shoulders girdle 3 times a week?)
may be some shoulders rehab program
take omega-3,6

Due to the complexity of the shoulder I have completed eliminated all supported shoulder exercises. I believe that free movement of the scapula is seriously hindered when the back is supported.

appreciate the help guys. seems to be getting a little bit better each day.

only shoulder exercises I really do are lateral side raises and bench press.
i’ve been cutting until recently, so everything is low volume. If anything, i’m on maintenance right now
we’ll see how it goes.

Actually, it’s completely alright now
i’m surprised, because I’ve had an encounter with this kind of pain before and it took a month to get better

i bet its cause of all you guys trying to help me
see, here is the power of positive thinking :D
