I started a new routine couple of weeks ago.
I’m still use myo-reps and my workouts is very short (about half of hour)
My workout split looks like this
1-3 day: lats+chest+deltoids
I use 2 exercises for each part and use 8 reps + (3-5 reps in following minisets) and 15 reps + (same as for 8 reps)
I use 20 sec rest (10 deep breaths)
2 day arms+legs. in this day I do one exercise for biceps and triceps, leg press and leg curls
BW around 84kg
