I started a new routine couple of weeks ago.
I’m still use myo-reps and my workouts is very short (about half of hour)
My workout split looks like this
1-3 day: lats+chest+deltoids
I use 2 exercises for each part and use 8 reps + (3-5 reps in following minisets) and 15 reps + (same as for 8 reps)
I use 20 sec rest (10 deep breaths)
2 day arms+legs. in this day I do one exercise for biceps and triceps, leg press and leg curls
BW around 84kg

Just fine.
I’m little stuck with bw 84kg for two weeks already, so I start to worry a little

I’m dieting already for 2 months, trying to get to 10% bf

2 months to get to 10% bf ? I think that’s too much time… What was your bf when you start dieting ?

Well, it’s about 1 pound a week(maybe less)
so 10 weeks = 10 pounds
I don’t know what was my BF. I guess more then 15%

Yes, I do
Now I alternate a month without myo-reps 3 times a week FB with short rest(30sec) and high reps(15)
with month(or two) of myo-reps training
