Getting ready for a tournament in Feb and want to cut down weight. Figured on a daily basis I need to cut or burn approx 300 cal. I’m going to jump rope for 10mins to cover about 100. Started to look at the labels on my foods and think with some simple tweaking (ie using half the honey and peanut butter in my oatmeal and half the coco powder in my coffee) I should be on my way with out much sacrifice.
