is that the first time you did 20 rep squats?

Usually they say if you are not throwing up after 20 rep squats, you didn’t do it right. So you are good.

Yes first time i do 20 rep squat for 20 good rep,i follow ur arm workout

first i do barbell curl total 40kgs
preacher curl total 30kgs
machine pull down for triceps total 55kgs
close grip bench press total 30kgs
incline barbell press total 40kgs

and then squat only one set…total 85 kgs…..20 rep….after finishing squat ....i think after 5-15 minutes i feel nausea, heart was pumping a lot and when i vomit i feel good…anoop if i feel nausea should i take creatine + dextrose immediately

Should i take nitrotech hardcore pro 4LBS,per serving contain 33gram,protein 25 gram…should i take half per serving before and after workout, the 4LBS would last 55 days if i take half per serving before and after workout

Just take half before and after. It wont make a big difference if you take after or before.

Maybe it was because you did the first time. you will get used to it and eat a bit less next time.

Best time would be around your workouts. There is no real need to take whey on non-workout days. It is better to get your protein from food.
