so due to unexpected weather, all the roads in TX have been iced over. travel is all but impossible, and universities and businesses alike are closing.

it also means my car can’t start, and I can’t go to the gym.

this spell might last a couple of more days, i’m curious as if any of you have ideas for home workout subsitutions?
I own 60lb of weight and a pullup bar, but thats it.

I have recently been doing:
-pullups with weight in a backpack
-pushups with friends sitting on top of me
-curls and dips

ideas?

I think the push ups, pull ups and squats would do great. You can do some myo reps so that you don’t have to keep 30-50 reps.

Might be a good time to do some high reps and get the blood flowing.
