New study comparing high and low intensity exercise effects

If that last study is as I remember it actually shows quite a bit more hypertrophy after high intensity exercise (if you look at the tables) no p value is given, though, but I assume it is non-significant.

Another study that may relate. One of the authors spoke at the recent conference that was posted. I am looking forward to reading more about the conference.

I am looking forward to seeing a future study that Phillip at McMaster Univ. is supposed to be working on to understand more about the effects of lower load lifting.
