...well i try to invent a cycle which can be repeated quite often and where periodization for the H and L/M days is build in.
I hate to always think what to do when the cycle is over. this should prevent stalelesness.

AND:
I am not reinventing the wheel-just making it rounder…

As long there is some sort of periodization, deload and a progression plan, you are good.

I think it looks good. As I said, the simpler the better. This is one of the hallmarks of the wendeler’s routine too.
