What supplements do you use?

I think most of us use some sort of protein powder, but I wondered what else you use or would suggest.

Me:
1. Whey concentrate (Optimum Nutrition)
2. Universal “shock therapy”  basically CM + NO2 (pre workout)
3. Multi vitamin (store brand or Beverly International when I have the $)
4. Zinc (store brand)
5. Essential Amino acids (pre workout only)
6. Heavy Weight 900 by Champion ( carbs and protein for post work out).

At times, a pre-workout.
Right now some antibiotics too (and it’s messing up my stomach).

multivitamin + c(500) + b12(1mg)
creatine monohydrate 10g (taking twice a day with 10g of dextrose each)
Fish Oil, Flax Oil(1-2 spoons daily)
Glucozamine + hondroitine + msm

right now no proteins or bcaa only descent food

I think I should add some fish oil/CLA’s as well.
