I think most of us use some sort of protein powder, but I wondered what else you use or would suggest.

1. Whey concentrate (Optimum Nutrition)
2. Universal “shock therapy” basically CM + NO2 (pre workout)
3. Multi vitamin (store brand or Beverly International when I have the $)
4. Zinc (store brand)
5. Essential Amino acids (pre workout only)
6. Heavy Weight 900 by Champion ( carbs and protein for post work out).
