Grim news, very grim.

Thoughts?

Hi Dane,

Sorry fro the late reply. I was tryng to figure out why the link wasn’t showing up. Had to chat with my server people.

It is a very moderate effect for 8-11 hours of siting of 1.15. Here 1 means no effect. And there are usually confounders in these type of studies like the people who sit alot are the people eat a lot and do less exercise you know.

Did you read the red meat study?I wanted to write a review about it. There are a lot of articles online about it. But most are from Paleo people who will never agree anything going against their meat.

Hey Anoop, thanks for the reply.

I don’t recall reading any red meat studies, I’ll go read one now.

In regards to the study, I’m going to get me one of those desks that you can elevate, so I can stand up more.
I sit too much… It’s my job unfortunately.

Still, it worries me somewhat.
