Need workout plan

Hi Anoop,

After delivery i got all clear from doctor, and now need to lose approx 20lb. Need some good core workout plan to strengthen the ab muscles.

Hi Anal,

Congrats!!

I would start out with some planks to strengthen that core. And then gradually add other flexion and rotation exercise.

Don’t forget about working on the Plate not just the weights.  Diet is key
