I’m maintaining a calorie deficit of around 500 kcals
lifting 3 times a week, HIIT 3 times a week
I’m curious as to
-the lifting program i should follow during cutting
-the macronutrient ratio i should follow protein/carbs/fat
-any other ways to make a majority of the weight loss fat
