Concerning cutting

I’ve decided to follow Jim’s advice concerning bulking and cutting; I’ve just come back from vacation so i need to down my bf some
How do i cut to minimize muscle loss? (here we go, i’m a beginner at this)
I’m maintaining a calorie deficit of around 500 kcals
lifting 3 times a week, HIIT 3 times a week

I’m curious as to
-the lifting program i should follow during cutting
-the macronutrient ratio i should follow protein/carbs/fat
-any other ways to make a majority of the weight loss fat
