This is my usual breakfast less the banana (I usually have one later)and with 2 scoops whey. Quick, effective and tasty.

The banana or strawberries or raisins help me get one of my fruits servings and also gives a good flavor.

I will post another one which tastes real good with eggs,oat and peanut butter.
